Cancellation and Returns

• To cancel your order, notify us at support@memory-card.co.uk within 14 days of receipt. No form is required, but please include your order number. Alternatively, if your order has not yet been dispatched, you can cancel it via the "Orders" section in your main menu.
• Opting for a delivery method that exceeds the cost of our standard offering will result in additional charges being incurred by the customer.
• Only non-personalised items may be returned and items must be in their original condition. We'll provide you with the return address upon receiving your cancellation notice.

Refunds

• A deduction from your reimbursement may apply for unnecessary handling beyond what's needed to establish the nature and functioning of goods.
• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned items; banks may need an additional 2-14 days. You'll be notified once the refund has been issued.

Delivery Services
