How long will my order take to arrive?

Our standard delivery time is 3-5 business days for domestic orders. International orders may take up to 14 business days, depending on your location. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for those who need their orders sooner.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.(Only availble for Tracked Delivery)

What is your returns policy?

Your satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our products, please note the following return policies:

  • You may return non-personalised greeting cards within 14 days of receipt if they are in good condition. Please ensure they are returned in their original packaging.
  • Please note that gift cards are not eligible for returns or refunds.
How to Return Your Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at customerservices@memory-card.co.uk to request a return authorisation number.
  2. Securely pack the items in the original packaging, including any accompanying materials.
  3. Include your proof of purchase and the return authorisation number in the package.
  4. Mail the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

Please note, return shipping costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within [number] days of receiving the returned item.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days of receiving your returned item(s). The refund will be issued to the original method of payment. You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@memory-card.co.uk. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you as quickly as possible at no additional cost.

Do you deliver outside of the UK mainland?

Currently, we only deliver to UK mainland addresses. We're working on expanding our delivery locations, so please check back for updates!

Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. Please contact us directly at support@memory-card.co.uk to request any changes or cancellations.
